Christian Robertson | Chief Executive Officer
Christian Robertson is a former collegiate and professional basketball player, performance specialist. A University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff graduate with a degree in Physical Education, Robertson later served as an assistant coach at UAPB (2021–2024). Helping eight players sign professional contracts and 100% graduate rate.
Before coaching, he starred at Jones County Junior College and UAPB, earning MAJAC All-Star honors and helping lead teams to championship runs. Through Grind & Advance, Robertson has trained athletes across high school, Division I, and NBA/NFL levels.
Dominic Ghant
Dominic Ghant attended Holmes Community College where he received his associate's degree in Health Science. Dominic is most known for his development with Archie Goodwin who was a 1st round pick in the 2013 NBA draft, and Tyler Scaife who was a 2nd round pick in the WNBA. Dominic has worked closely with numerous top players, including 2011 Sun Belt Player of the Year, Solomon Bozeman.
It is important to Dominic to develop various skill sets in players. It is his passion and he is dedicated to maximizing talent to a higher, more rigorous level.
