The 2019 Grind & Advance Think Tank was hosted at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.  The panel included women from various sports sectors to discuss empowerment in athletics.

Building upon the ideas of Laureus Sport, our Think Tank focused on using the power of women's sports to create change. This professional development generated a safe space--and an open forum--to share different prospectives about the ways we legislate women's sports and what that will mean for future female athletes. 

​

We look forward to working with many more academic institutions to host collaborative spaces with faculty, staff, and students.
